Waaree Energies has appointed Dr. Avadhut Parab to its executive team as the new Group Chief Information Officer (CIO). Dr. Parab brings extensive experience in deploying strategic IT solutions across various sectors such as pharmaceuticals, FMCG, semiconductors, and automotive industries, augmenting the company’s leadership capabilities significantly.
Prior to joining Waaree Energies, Dr. Parab held the position of CIO at Parle Agro, where he spearheaded the successful execution of numerous large-scale projects. Noteworthy achievements include overseeing multiple full-cycle SAP implementations and driving enterprise-wide technology initiatives. He holds a doctorate in management with a research emphasis on strategic management, policies, customer service, and satisfaction.
