Greenpanel Industries Limited has announced the appointment of Dr. Vineet Bansal as its new Chief Information Officer (CIO). Bringing nearly three decades of proven leadership in IT strategy, digital transformation, and enterprise innovation, he will be responsible for shaping Greenpanel’s technology roadmap, strengthening its digital infrastructure, and driving IT-led business growth.
Prior to joining Greenpanel, Dr. Bansal served as Group CIO at Surya Roshni, where he successfully led major initiatives including the SAP Go-Live (Jan 2024) and Project Suryashakti. His distinguished career also includes senior leadership roles at Greenply Industries, Mankind Pharma, and Rizvi Softwares, where he drove enterprise-wide modernization, digital transformation, and IT strategy.
A recognized technology visionary, Dr. Bansal has spearheaded numerous enterprise transformations—implementing SAP HANA, Microsoft CRM, Office 365, data centers, disaster recovery systems, and enterprise-scale ERP solutions. He holds a Doctorate in Computer Science with a specialization in optimum routing techniques for ad-hoc networks and has earned multiple accolades for his pioneering contributions to the IT sector.
