Vodafone Idea has appointed Jagbir Singh to the position of chief technology officer (CTO). He replaces Vishant Vora who has left the organization.
Singh joins Vodafone Idea from Smartfren Telecom, Indonesia, where he was the Group Chief Technology Information Officer and responsible for Network, IT /digital platforms and enterprise business.
Earlier Singh worked as group CTO at Reliance Jio and held roles at Samsung and Airtel.
