Securonix Launches Agentic Mesh and Productivity-Based AI Model for SOC

Securonix, in collaboration with Amazon Web Services, has introduced a new AI-driven operating model for security operations centered on Sam, an always-on AI SOC analyst, and the Agentic Mesh orchestration layer. The platform is designed to help security teams manage alert overload, analyst shortages, and rising SIEM costs by shifting focus from AI usage metrics to measurable work completed.

Sam automates Tier 1 and Tier 2 SOC tasks such as alert triage, investigations, correlation, and response preparation, operating within a governed framework that ensures explainable, auditable, and policy-bound actions. Rather than replacing analysts, the system tracks productivity in analyst-equivalent output, allowing organizations to quantify time saved and operational efficiency gained.

Agentic Mesh coordinates multiple specialized AI agents across detection, investigation, response, and reporting while maintaining shared context and enterprise policy enforcement. Built for secure deployment in customer environments, it emphasizes transparency, reversibility of AI actions, and human-in-the-loop oversight to meet regulatory and board-level scrutiny.

The launch also includes Data Pipeline Manager with Flex Consumption, an outcome-driven approach that routes telemetry based on analytical value to control SIEM costs while maintaining performance.

At HDFC Bank, the technology is already being used to operationalize agentic AI at scale.

“In a regulated financial environment, AI must earn trust through transparency and control,” said Sameer Ratolikar, Chief Information Security Officer at HDFC Bank. “With Securonix, we are using AI agents to reduce noise, accelerate investigations through natural-language search, and prepare response actions, all while keeping our analysts firmly in control. The result is a more productive SOC and clearer visibility into how AI is contributing to real operational outcomes.”

“We built Sam and Agentic Mesh to solve two problems CISOs face every day: unscalable workloads and unprovable AI value,” said Simon Hunt, Chief Product Officer of Securonix. “By tying AI directly to analyst productivity and governing it by design, Securonix gives security leaders a practical, defensible way to scale operations that stands up to board and regulatory scrutiny.”

Sam, Agentic Mesh, and the supporting data platform are now available globally for customers.
