GuestLogix Announces Strategic Partnership with Comply365

GuestLogix, Inc., the leading global provider of ancillary-focused merchandising, payment and business intelligence technology to airlines and the passenger industry, today announced a partnership agreement with Comply365, Inc., whereby the Company will offer the Wisconsin-based SaaS provider’s document management and productivity solutions with its retailing and mobile point of sale technology for iOS, Android and Windows platforms. The collaboration of these innovative technology companies will allow customers access to a uniquely integrated solution specifically designed for the passenger travel industry. The Company’s proven retail solutions for smartphones and tablets will be paired with Comply365’s industry leading document management, forms, learning management and compliance management tools, expanding on the capabilities delivered to existing and prospective customers, with a focus on higher return on investment in the tablet and smartphone technologies.

“In collaboration with Comply365, GuestLogix is now providing operators with a single integrated solution for onboard retailing and mobile content that enhances crew productivity, and in turn, the passenger experience,” said Brett Proud, GuestLogix President & CEO. “Having previously teamed up for industry events and to support the needs of a customer, we’ve received overwhelming interest from airlines, rail and bus operators, which has proven there is considerable demand for an integrated offering. The strength of a joint solution has quickly become apparent, making this a highly strategic move that will benefit both companies as well as our customers and partners.”

This joint offering combines the expertise of two industry leaders to offer turnkey solutions to the travel & transportation industries, including software solutions, hosting services, payment solutions, business intelligence tools, device management services, smart devices, payment peripherals and device servicing. Together, GuestLogix and Comply365 will enable operators to implement a unified crew support model that translates into cost reductions and improved services, along with access to a single helpdesk, support and service level agreement policies.

“Comply365 consists of a team of innovators and problem solvers with a proven track record of delivering best in enterprise solutions and services for our clients,” said Kerry Frank, CEO and Co-Founder of Comply365. “We see the same key attributes and values within GuestLogix, such as passion, drive and perseverance, together with a customer-centric approach. By combining our best in breed solutions, we are able to offer a robust, streamlined retailing and document management solution to the travel industry.”

GuestLogix and Comply365 first collaborated as sponsors of the ISPY event in January 2015, where airline crew and management professionals participated in competitions using tablets that were preloaded with GuestLogix’ retail platform and crew engagement functionality, including Comply365’s feedback forms and manuals. This opportunity showcased to the industry how the combined solution can be leveraged to further enhance retail performance and the passenger experience, and was met with great enthusiasm, highlighting the need for such an integrated solution.

“We’re always looking for new ways to improve processes, performance and the bottom line for our customers,” said Patrick O’Neill, COO & Managing Director, GuestLogix Business Unit. “Via our unified solution, operators can do away with disparate solutions and vendors, and better equip frontline staff to perform at their best, delivering the highest customer service with minimal confusion and ease of access to information, all from a single platform. We look forward to demonstrating the value and extent to which our joint technology will benefit crew productivity and improve the passenger experience.”

GuestLogix and Comply365 are already delivering benefits to operators, having deployed a unified solution across their first joint customer, and with an official partnership now in place, are braced for continued success across all passenger travel sectors.
