Singhi & Co. has appointed Harish Arora as its new Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) and Data Protection Officer (DPO). In this combined role, he will lead the firm’s information security, data protection, and governance programs, with a strong focus on enhancing security posture and meeting regulatory compliance requirements.

Arora brings more than 15 years of experience across cybersecurity, IT governance, and risk management. He has held leadership positions in sectors such as banking, financial services, healthcare, insurance, and IT services. Prior to this appointment, he served as CISO at Ambit Private Limited, Aye Finance, and IFFCO Kisan Finance Limited. He has also contributed in key roles at Max Healthcare (on behalf of Precision Pyramid Pvt. Ltd.), Rednep Technologies, and Aptara.
His professional expertise spans regulatory compliance frameworks (SOC2, ISMS, ISO, PCI-DSS), IT audits, third-party risk management, vulnerability assessment and penetration testing (VAPT), disaster recovery, business continuity planning, and enterprise risk management. With his appointment at Singhi & Co., Harish aims to strengthen its security and compliance framework amid rising regulatory requirements and increasing digital threats.
