Indian Clearing Corporation Limited Appoints Santosh Kurhade as Chief Technology Officer

Indian Clearing Corporation Limited (ICCL) has appointed Santosh Kurhade as its new Chief Technology Officer (CTO). Kurhade brings over 25 years of experience in BFSI sector, along with strong technology leadership and strategic insight. He has led large-scale, technology transformations, strengthened enterprise systems, and championed cybersecurity and innovation across organizations.

His appointment marks a key step in ICCL’s efforts to strengthen its technology capabilities and innovation strategy in India’s capital market ecosystem. Kurhade’s expertise is expected to help ICCL enhance its technological infrastructure and drive digital transformation initiatives critical to its market infrastructure operations. This leadership change reaffirms ICCL’s commitment to leveraging advanced technology to support India’s financial markets.

As part of the founding team at IDFC FIRST Bank, he played a pivotal role in shaping the bank’s technology roadmap and driving key initiatives in regulatory reporting, IT governance, business continuity planning, and digital platform development.

He holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Computer Engineering, Diploma in Electronics and Telecommunication, executive education in Strategic IT Management from IIM Ahmedabad, and several industry certifications including CEH and CCSP.
