Vinod Bhat Appointed by Tata AutoComp as Chief Digital Officer to Spearhead Digital Transformation

Vinod Bhat has been appointed as Chief Digital Officer (CDO) at Tata AutoComp (TACO), Pune. In this role, Bhat will lead the company’s digital transformation efforts, focusing on manufacturing automation, data maturity, cybersecurity, IoT, and AI-driven solutions.

Announcing his new role, Vinod Bhat shared, “I have joined Tata AutoComp to drive digital transformation across the group, encompassing plant automation, Tata Data Maturity, Tata Cyber Security, IoT, Artificial Intelligence, and Gen-AI initiatives.

Prior to joining Tata AutoComp, Bhat served as the Chief Information Officer (CIO) and Chief Ethics Counsellor (CEC) at Vistara – TATA SIA Airlines Ltd. Reporting directly to the CEO, he played a pivotal role in steering digital transformation, strategic business planning, and fostering ethical practices with board-level visibility.

With a career spanning multiple CXO roles, Bhat has earned recognition as a global leader in technology and business transformation. His expertise includes driving innovation across diverse industries, enhancing operations, and aligning digital strategies with organisational goals.
