1. How is Karnataka Bank adapting to prepare for the new normal?

We are giving banking in hands for the people in the rural India to meet most of the banking needs on an ongoing basis.

2. Can you please share some of the unique lessons learned from Covid-19?

a) Empowering employees and outsourced people to work from Home.
b) Some level of policy changes to handle the situation.
c) Offering digital/faceless banking.

3. What technologies and trends will your organization be focusing on in 2021?

To improvise data backed decision which will streamline the decision-making processes. Better customer experience powered by automation and advanced AI/ML models.

4. How will the cyber security sector look in a post-COVID-19 world? What do you expect to be different when it comes to cyber security and hiring in a post-COVID-19 world?

Prioritisation and investment in cyber defence will continue to be top-ofmind in 2021 so that an agile infrastructure can be created for the future. More and more hiring will happen in overall cyber security area.
