Brillio Accelerates its Work From Anywhere (WFx) Model with New Office in Chennai

Brillio, a digital technology consulting and solutions company, has announced the opening of its fifth office in India. Chennai is a fast growing and vibrant city and is viewed as a key talent hub by the Company. With this new office, Brillio aims to accelerate its Work From Anywhere (WFx) Model that is designed to support its customers with best-in-class talent in emerging digital technology skill areas.

Brillio was among the first global digital technology solutions providers to move to a 100 percent remote work from home (WFH) environment, well before mandates from the U.S. and India governments were put in place. During this time, the company instated a new function called the Office of Virtual Proximity, focused on creating an empathetic virtual work environment allowing employees and customers to collaborate, stay productive, engaged, and responsible. The function builds on feedback from employees and customers, to continuously refine the Company’s approach to the Brillio One Work from Anywhere (WFx) model, that is geared to support a ‘hybrid’ work environment.

Commenting on the new office, Aftab Ullah, Chief Operating and Delivery Officer, Brillio says, “We are thrilled to set-up a delivery facility in Chennai and scale our operations and capabilities. The new office enables Brillio to better serve our customers and expands our access to world-class talent this city offers. Brillio’s mission is to be the leading digital technology services provider in the world and we’re forging ahead, even during a challenging global market.”

The Chennai office is yet another milestone achieved this year by the Company. Earlier in July, Bhomerillio announced the expansion of its analytics capabilities with the acquisition of Cognetik, a data and insights company with deep expertise in improving digital experiences for its customers.

Brillio’s new office in Chennai is in addition to its other operations and capability centers in Bangalore (2), Hyderabad, and Pune, supporting an employee strength of almost 2000 in India.
