Cyient Acquires WorkForce Delta

The companies enter into a proposed acquisition that will further strengthen Cyient’s digital transformation capabilities & offerings in the Utilities and Telecom industries as well as bolster the IntelliCyient portfolio with strong front-end consulting capabilities for digital mobile workforce management solutions.

WorkForce Delta, a prominent consultancy firm in mobile workforce management, is being acquired by Cyient, a multinational engineering, manufacturing, and digital technology solutions company. IntelliCyient’s portfolio will be bolstered by the addition of front-end consulting expertise for digital mobile workforce management solutions.

There has been a growing demand for comprehensive field force management solutions in the Utilities and Telecom industries. With rapid sectoral growth across regions, Cyient continues to invest in expanding its market presence while creating sustainable value for all stakeholders. With this acquisition, Cyient will be taking full ownership of WorkForce Delta.

In the utilities and telecom industries, there has been an increase in demand for comprehensive field force management solutions. Cyient is investing in expanding its market presence while delivering long-term value for all stakeholders, despite strong sectoral expansion across regions. Now, Cyient will be the sole owner of WorkForce Delta following this acquisiton.

In addition, Cyient has formed strategic alliances with a number of industry-leading Mobile Workforce Management solutions.
