Movius Acquires Cognitive CX and AI Provider Intentico

Movius, a leader in secure, mobile unified communications, has acquired Intentico, a technology firm that specialises in artificial intelligence-based cognitive customer experiences (CX).

Movius can give organisations new ways to engage their customers and gain detailed intelligence about those interactions in a unified solution by employing Intentico technology.

For corporate and customer communications, Movius MultiLine is the trusted secure work-from-anywhere solution for mobile phone, text, and WhatsApp across mobile, desktop, and CRM. Utilizing AI is a logical and strategic evolution for Movius and its partners as organisations engage in more digital channels to support work from anywhere. Movius will benefit from Intentico’s strong technology capabilities in Machine Learning (ML) and Natural Language Processing (NLP), which will enable organisations automate and improve customer interactions across a variety of communication modes, including voice and texting.
