Sanil Nadkarni has been named CISO of BYJU’s Future School, where he will oversee all aspects of the school’s information security and cybersecurity functions.
Sanil Nadkarni, a cybersecurity leader, has been hired as the Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) at BYJU’s Future School. Nadkarni will be responsible for all aspects of cybersecurity in his new position.
Nadkarni was the CISO, Vice President, and Practice Head for Cyber Security, Risk & Governance, and BCM and SLK Global Solutions before joining BYJU’s Future School. He was responsible of the company’s enterprise security and risk team, which he led.
Nadkarni has more than 16 years of expertise in core information security, fraud and risk management, and compliance experience with Fortune 500 companies such as Symantec, Convergys, MphasiS (an HP company), and Capita. He has worked in the banking, financial, telecommunications, and information technology services in India, United States, United Kingdom, Australia, Canada, and EMEA nations. He has worked on high-end security product implementation to the process control deployment and managing information security risk across several geographies.
