Atos has agreed to buy Visual BI, one of the leading and fastest-growing enterprises in the United States specializing primarily on Cloud Data Analytics and Business Intelligence.
Visual BI is a Snowflake Elite partner, a Microsoft Gold Data and Analytics Partner, and a SAP partner. The company also supports the technology platforms from market leading partners such as Fishtown Analytics, Fivetran, Tableau, HVR Software, Qlik, Theobald Software and Alteryx.
Atos will be better able to meet clients’ growing demand for BI and analytics in cloud environments by adding Visual BI’s cloud data-related capabilities, consulting services, and partnerships to its technology offering. Atos will also benefit from the knowledge of Visual BI’s 180+ global professionals, based in the United States, Canada, and India, who will support the company’s Data Analytics and Cloud Enterprise Solutions practices.
This operation, along with Atos’ acquisition of Maven Wave in 2020, reaffirms the company’s strategic vision for data and cloud as the cornerstones of digital transformation. The Group’s goal is to assist businesses along their cloud data journey, from data centralization through high-value insight delivery.
