Nucleus Software announced an addition to the senior leadership team as part of its global expansion strategy. Mr. Rahul Krishna, a seasoned Human Resources (HR) professional with a proven track record in the Tata Group and Avantha Group, joins Nucleus as the Global Head of Human Resources and Administration.
Formerly Head of Tata Administrative Services and one of the youngest Chief Human Resource Officers in the Tata Group, Rahul is driven by a passion to align HR to support high growth and high performance, whilst introducing a culture of ‘No Monday Blues’ at the workplace. He has worked for more than 17 years in a variety of HR & Strategy roles with Tata Group, Coca Cola India, Seagram Distilleries, Oberoi Hotels and most recently with Avantha Group, where he was the Vice President & Group Head – Organization Development & Talent Management.
