Shrirang Bapat Will Head Uniken’s APAC Business Operations

Uniken has announced the appointment of Shrirang Bapat as President, Head, Business Operations for APAC region. With years of experience in establishing and heading innovation-led technology divisions, Shrirang will be responsible for overall business operations and expansion for digital security products at Uniken for the APAC region.

Speaking on the appointment, Sanjay Deshpande, CEO and Co-Founder, Uniken, said “We are extremely pleased to have Shrirang on board with us. He brings the right balance of management and technical operations skills, and we are sure that he will be instrumental in driving growth in India and other APAC markets.”

Shrirang Bapat is a seasoned hi-tech executive with over 20 years of deep-seated experience in internet, mobile, cloud and analytics related enterprise software. In the past, Shrirang has spearheaded R&D efforts of leading industry players. He was VP – R&D leading the OSS Division at Amdocs from 2006-12. He also served TCS in different roles which included – founder and head for their Mobile Computing business (aka Enterprise Mobility) and product R&D services between 1992 and 2006. His experience includes work in India, US, UK and Israel markets. His focus areas also included technology product innovation and scaling engineering processes for rapid product development and enhancing customer service.
