Oracle has announced the appointment of Vishal Sikka, a former Infosys CEO, as a member of the company’s Board of Directors.
Sikka is the founder and CEO of AI company Vianai Systems. He previously worked as a top executive at SAP.

Vishal’s expertise and experience makes him ideally suited to provide strategic vision and expert advice to our company and to our customers. He is a most welcome addition to the Oracle Board.”
