Commvault has appointed Nithya Cadambi as General Manager of Global Centres of Excellence (GCoEs), reinforcing the company’s focus on innovation, operational excellence, and global collaboration across its capability centers.
In her new role, Cadambi will lead the strategy, operations, and talent development for Commvault’s GCoEs, with the goal of strengthening cross-functional collaboration, accelerating innovation, and improving customer outcomes across global markets.
Cadambi takes on this expanded responsibility after serving as Senior Director – Finance at Commvault India, where she worked closely with the organization’s customer leadership teams. In that role, she played a key part in shaping financial strategy, strengthening operational discipline, and driving alignment across global teams spanning engineering, services, support, and sales engineering.
Her appointment highlights the growing strategic importance of Commvault’s Global Centres of Excellence, which act as integrated hubs for engineering, AI innovation, managed services, and customer operations. The company has maintained a strong presence in India for more than two decades, with its GCoEs serving as critical drivers of scalable delivery and long-term capability development.

As part of her expanded mandate, Cadambi will also oversee ecosystem engagement, university partnerships, and corporate social responsibility initiatives, helping develop future-ready talent across Commvault’s global capability centers.
