Aman Thareja has been elevated as Area Vice President & Managing Director of Forcepoint India & South Asia.
With more than 25 years of experience in the IT industry, he brings strong expertise in cybersecurity, cloud, and networking solutions. As a dynamic sales leader who believes in leading by example, Aman at Forcepoint leads business strategy, operations, execution, and growth across India & South Asia region while focusing on building winning teams, building customer trust & success, driving channel partnerships, and strengthening the brand’s data security leadership.
Prior to Forcepoint, Aman held senior leadership roles at VMware, Symantec, Cisco, and Wipro Infotech, along with an extensive tenure in the Indian Navy under the Ministry of Defence where he has a proven track record of driving growth and innovation.
While at VMware, Aman served as Director Sales – Commercial & Government India, and at Symantec, he drove enterprise and public sector sales across India & SAARC. His leadership at Cisco included spearheading multiple Mukti-dollar deals in central government, defence, and homeland security.
Aman’s earlier experience at Wipro Infotech and the Armed Forces provided him with a strong foundation in discipline, customer engagement, and large-scale program execution. He is also an awardee of the President of India Gold Medal.
