Indus Tower has appointed Neeti Wahi as the chief digital and information technology officer effective December, the company announced in a stock exchange filing on Friday.
Wahi, who was previously the chief information officer at Sterlite Power, comes with 22 years of executive-level experience in the BFSI and energy sectors with a proven record of driving digital transformation across business processes with agile, scalable technology solutions, the exchange filing said.

She was prior associated with Sterlite Power as the Chief Information and Digital Officer of Sterlite Power and a Member of the Executive Committee for Sterlite Power Group, the company said.
