Equinix appoints Cyrus Adaggra as VP of Corporate Development, Equinix Asia-Pacific

Equinix has appointed Cyrus Adaggra as Vice President of Corporate Development, Equinix Asia-Pacific, with immediate effect. Based in Sydney, Cyrus will lead the Asia-Pacific Corporate Development team in driving the company’s growth strategy to expand Equinix’s footprint in existing and new markets across the region.

Jeremy Deutsch, President, Equinix Asia-Pacific, said, “Cyrus’ extensive background in the telecom Vice President of Corporate Development, Equinix Asia-Pacificmmunications industry, combined with his expertise in corporate development and mergers and acquisitions, make him a valuable addition to the Equinix Asia-Pacific executive management team.”

“Asia-Pacific remains one of the most dynamic markets in the world, so we have been driving extensive expansion across the region. I believe Cyrus’ efforts will further enhance our presence and reach in the market and help deliver new opportunities for Equinix and our customers,” Deutsch added.

Cyrus holds a bachelor’s degree in Commerce from Macquarie University, Australia, and an MBA from the Australian Graduate School of Management.

Equinix also recently made announcements about expanding its footprint in Australia, China, Hong Kong, Japan and Singapore, and its intended acquisition in India and hyper scale business expansion in the region.
