Intelligent information extraction: While transactional data around workflows and tasks are captured exhaustively in logs, the work graph also discovers the human-machine interactions, for example, emails, documents, and chat threads which are not found in transaction logs.
Comprehensive process mining capabilities: The end-to-end task and process mining approaches that have proven valuable in multiple large and culturally complex global organizations, including those in the U.S., diverse sectors such as BFSI and the chemicals, pharmaceutical, e-commerce, telecom, and manufacturing industries.
Samson David, CEO, Soroco, said, “We are delighted to be recognized by ISG as a Leader in the U.S. market. The recognition affirms our excellence in accelerating large-scale transformations with Scout powered by work graph, which captures the massive unstructured interactions emanating from daily work that directly impacts business outcomes, employee and customer experience.”
“Soroco is driving an exceptional narrative of information mining through an enterprise-wide process landscape to demystify the data that lies outside of the system of records. The work graph enunciates the correlation of activities irrespective of the enterprise system. This is a unique capability and approach to simplify complex information flow,” said Ashwin Gaidhani, ISG Research Partner.
